DISCOUNTS & REIMBURSEMENTS
We are a member of Tanzvereinigung Schweiz (TVS) who are partnered with medical aid insurance companies like Helsana, SWICA and CSS. All dance based courses would be eligible for coverage.
Please use your invoice/receipt to claim back your CET course fees.
*CET reserves the right to amend offers, discounts and benefits at any time.
COURSES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Course payment.
If you have paid for the course in FULL, but cannot attend the course, you will receive a full credit to be used on any CET courses for one year.
The first class is a trial.
No refunds will be issued on the trial class if you cannot attend.
If you choose to stay in the course, the full fee applies. Full payment is mandatory within 5 days after the trial class in order to secure your place in the course. If you choose not to stay in the course after the trial class, no further action is required.
Personal cancellation.
In the case of a personal cancellation up until the third class, 50% of the course fee will be credited to the student. The student has one year to use this credit for any other Close Encounters Theatre course. Private coaching is not included in this offer. After the third class, there is no refund or credit provided.
Injury.
In the case of an injury preventing the student from participating, a 50% credit will be given on the remaining classes.
Please provide a doctor’s note.
Cancelation due to low enrolment.
In the event that the course is canceled due to low enrolment, a full refund will be issued.
Advertising & Marketing.
CET reserves the right to use media footage from classes and courses for advertising & marketing on digital platforms such as our website, social media channels, Whatsapp, as well as on print media like show programs, bookmarks, etc. Your name will not be tagged or mentioned.
Commitment.
Taking part in CET’s mainstage shows requires a commitment to attend the majority of rehearsals including the dress and technical rehearsals. Failure to attend rehearsal, will result in a dismissal from the show. No refunds or credits will be given.
