Acting for improvisers (Explore & Express)

In this workshop, we will explore the full range of emotions. This workshop involves series of muscular, sensory, memory and  emotional exercises to explore our inner energies, harness that potential and convert it into outward expression.

Lola Maggi:

Mexican actor, improviser, acting teacher, Theater and Improv director, Tantra facilitator, Yoga instructor and passionate dancer based in Zurich, Switzerland.

She started performing in a tv show at the age of 12, then she performed in theater plays before graduating from different degrees. Acting School in 2001, Communication degree in 2002 in Mexico City and then from Film Production in 2005 in Vancouver. She has worked in theater, shortfilms, tv series, telenovelas, advertising campaigns in Mexico, Canada, USA, Argentina, Italy, Thailand and Switzerland.
