Physical Theatre

In this workshop, we will explore how to devise a comedy piece — whether a solo, a duo, or a collaborative creation, depending on your personal interests and needs. We will dive into both abstract and concrete physicality and gesture, discovering how movement can generate meaning, character, and humour. Together, we will explore how to create compelling storytelling out of seemingly nothing, transforming simple ideas, actions, and impulses into theatrical material.

Georgia’s background is based on music education with piano private classes for 12 years and being a member of the Thessaloniki (GR) youth band  orchestra for 14 years playing melodic percussion and organizing games  and choreography for the team. She also received dance and physical theatre education with her BA degree at Accademia Teatro Dimitri graduating in 2022.
