This intensive workshop is designed to explore the core principles of Michael Chekhov’s acting technique. Participants will work with key elements such as radiating and receiving energy, the psychological gesture, and imaginative characterisation.
The training begins with focused technical exercises to build awareness and freedom in the body and imagination, before moving into scene work where these principles are applied in practice. This workshop offers a valuable opportunity to investigate the connection between body, mind, and imagination, and to develop a more expressive, embodied, and inspired approach to performance.
