This intensive workshop explores the foundations of Konstantin Stanislavski’s system and its influence on modern acting, including Lee Strasberg’s Method. Participants will examine key principles such as emotional memory, the memory of physical action, the “magic if,” and the release of tension.
Through a combination of exercises, improvisations, and scene work, the workshop focuses on applying these techniques in practice to create truthful and embodied performances. This is an opportunity to deepen both practical and theoretical understanding while developing authentic character work on stage. Some prior acting experience is a requirement
