Improv for Life - Beginners
Blending philosophy, basic psychology, and improvisational theatre, this course aims to get students connecting to each other as well as to their own rich inner lives through games and reflection. Whether you want to build confidence, work on your anxiety, connect with others, spark your creativity, or ask life’s big questions in a safe welcoming environment - improv can get you there! Especially recommended if you find yourself stuck in your head or glued to screens all day long.

Not sure if this course is for you but curious to give it a try? Book a trial class first! Trial classes are non-refundable. If you missed the first taster, you can attend the following week. Should you wish to enroll in the full course from the start, no need to do a trial class!
