Arina Merzliakova

Arina is a theatre practitioner. She was born in Saint-Petersburg, where she achieved Bachelor (Hons) in Drama and Screen Acting (mostly applying Stanislavski's system in her performances). During her studies, she was engaged in leading workshops and had a variety of roles in theatre and different TV projects. From 2019 moved to the UK and in 2021 graduated as a Master of Arts in Acting from University of East London.

Since January 2022, Arina has taken part in different UK and American productions and shared sets with amazing actors like Halle Berry, Richard E. Grant, Penn Badgley, Ariana Grande and others . Living in London brought a lot of creative freedom and a possibility to explore the teaching side of acting. Since March 2023 she has been living in Zurich, currently teaching drama and working on her own projects and pieces of research, she hopes to share the knowledge she previously obtained with students. The acting path also includes Acting for Screen Workshop 2017 at New York Film Academy with acting tutors Peter Allen Stone and Anna Cianciulli and working with Julian Eggerickx on the play "Waiting for Godot" by Samuel Beckett at Cour Florent in Paris.
