A physical improvisation training inspired by contact improvisation in contemporary dance, using physical destabilization and off-balance states as tools to step beyond habitual comfort zones and open up new expressive possibilities.
The process moves from pure movement to scenic action, and ultimately to creative work beyond predefined mental structures. Two or more performers on an empty stage, without objects or narrative supports: only the body as a tool to “write” the scene in an essential and concrete way.
