Cacao Ceremony - (Fridays: 8 Jan. 29 Jan)
Slow down. Breathe. Arrive. Begin each session with ceremonial cacao — a warm ritual to ground, connect, and be present. Then, through movement, dance, and theatre-inspired exercises, reconnect with your body, explore yourself, and discover new ways of expressing who you are.
