With 24 years of experience as an accomplished educator Gabriela Palikruscheva Willi has successfully trained and guided generations of singers, preparing them for IB vocal recitals, ABRSM singing exams, school concerts and musical performances, conducting vocal ensembles, and building successful vocalists some of whom have made singing as their profession. Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and Italian, she teaches a wide range of vocal repertoire from classical, to musical to pop, the varied vocal techniques, and the necessary performance skills. Gabriela is a passionate instructor who successfully aims to support the individual needs of each student, guiding them toward a successful future in the music world.


Gabriela Palikruscheva Willi was born in Sofia, Bulgaria. By the age of ten, she was performing as a soloist and choir member for the National Radio and Television. In 1993, she earned a Master’s degree in Singing and Pedagogy from the Institute of Superior Arts in Havana, Cuba. The following year, she won First Prize at the prestigious Plácido Domingo International Singing Competition, "Operalia", Mexico City Round. In 1994 she won a one- year postgraduate scholarship at the University of Hattiesburg, USA. From 1995 to 1998, she was a member at the Zürich International Opera Studio. In 1998, she won Third Prize at the "Ranieri e Castelli" Opera Competition in Berlin.


As a freelance singer, Gabriela Palikruscheva Willi has built an extensive repertoire spanning classical music, musical theatre, and songs. She has performed on many renowned European stages and concert halls, collaborating with distinguished conductors such as Nello Santi, Marcello Viotti, Franz Welser-Möst, Jakub Hrůša, Alexander Rahbari, and many others. She has also shared the stage with celebrated artists, including Mirella Freni, Neil Shicoff, José Carreras, Sherrill Milnes, Leo Nucci, and Francisco Araiza among others.
