Evening Vin to Yin In our vin to yin class our teacher will guide you through a slow vinyasa flow for the first half of class to help you unwind and bring you into the present moment. The second half of the class will be focused on holding passive relaxing postures that work deep into your body’s connective tissues and encourage complete relaxation and a down-shift in your nervous system. Practicing this style of yoga is a nice complement to an active stressful lifestyle by helping you turn inward and focus on your breath and stillness.
Because of COVID-19 we cannot provide mats and props. Please bring a bottle of water, yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow which will be used to help support your body in the restorative portion of class. If you have blocks at home, feel free to bring them along as well for extra support. All skill levels are welcome to join.
