Contemporary dance encourages creativity and expression in a dancer. Each session you will develop an understanding of release based movement and be encouraged to push your body and individual expression. Through warm -up exercises, travelling and floor work each session aims to develop core strength, agility, coordination and movement confidence.
Joanne will encourage a supportive environment where your creative input will develop and movement potential will flourish.
Please bring comfortable clothing, water and be advised you will be working in bare feet. Fee: 30 CHF
