Adult Contemporary Dance (Beginners to Intermediate)

In this class we will learn how to think on our feet and react fast. You will develop your sensory awareness, deepen body connection, and apply your creativity. Silvan will encourage a dancer to be mindful; connecting with their physicality and mind whilst inviting a new and unexpected dialogue.
